We are urgently seeking Operations Executive position for Andheri West, Mumbai location. Job Title : Operations Executive Responsibilities: * End to end order execution – Requirement gathering and estimation, Timeline estimation, Order scheduling, Task Allocation, Raw material arrangement, packaging ,material estimation, Coordination with the party for delivery and ensuring end delivery. * Bulk- Bookings of couriers and other pick-ups as and when required. * Operations process maps to be set-up for all processes. * Interdepartmental coordination with various teams to get the tasks done on time. * Coordination with various vendors to source the raw – material required for timely completion of the order. * Stock management for all Kitchen and packaging material. * Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way * Work with senior stakeholders. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of experience. * With experience in order processing, maintaining inventory, creating reports. Skill-sets required: * Advance Excel, V Look Up, Pivot Table, Cost Sheet. * Ability to multi-task and coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders together.
