Job Description

Coordinate and monitor ongoing telecom or IT infrastructure projects and service operations.

Act as a liaison between internal teams (technical, sales, support) and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Prepare and maintain operations schedules, resource allocation plans, and service documentation.

Track and report on project progress, SLAs, and issue resolution.

Support the procurement and dispatch of telecom/IT equipment, ensuring inventory control and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with service quality standards and operational procedures.

Assist in workforce management including scheduling, reporting attendance, and task assignments for field/service teams.

Prepare periodic operational reports and presentations for management.

Use project management tools and ticketing systems to manage service workflows.

Coordinate with finance and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing for completed jobs or services.
