📢 We're Hiring: Operations Coordinator (1–3 Years Experience) 📍 Location: Coimbatore (Peelamedu) | 🕒 Full-time We’re looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Process Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. If you love building systems, streamlining workflows, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you! 🔍 What You’ll Do: Collaborate with all departments (Production, Sales, HR, Design, etc.) to understand and document their workflows. Set up and standardize company processes to improve efficiency and cross-team coordination. Manage and improve task tracking systems using tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp. Create clear SOPs and ensure all teams are aligned and updated. Be the go-to person for inter-department coordination and daily task alignment. Track task updates, prepare reports, and assist in planning and execution. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role. Hands-on knowledge of Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, and/or Notion. Experience with task/project management platforms. Strong organizational and communication skills.
