Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Consultant with 2 to 7 years of experience to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in Travelport Galileo and be able to work with both B2B and B2C clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound calls from customers and provide solutions to their queries.
Sell Air, Hotel, Reservation, and vacation packages to customers.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet sales targets and achieve monthly goals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
Experience working with Travelport Galileo is required.
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrate strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
