Operations Associate

You will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and smooth event operations as part of Hafla's operations team. Your responsibilities will include: - **Escalation Handling:** Address customer escalations promptly, understand their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure proper documentation for follow-up. - **Vendor Coordination:** Collaborate with vendors to resolve service or supply issues, maintain clear communication, and build strong relationships for seamless operations. - **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, deliver exceptional service, and gather feedback to enhance the overall experience. - **Scheduling & Coordination:** Assist in event scheduling, vendor alignment, and maintain accurate calendars for flawless execution. - **Data Management:** Keep accurate records of orders, escalations, and vendor communications, update CRM systems, and generate key reports. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field with at least 4 years of experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English & Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is a plus). - Experience in customer service or operations, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in CRM/operational tools, and knowledge of the UAE market with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.,
