Operations Associate

ROLE OUTLINE:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual who possesses strong communication skills, client handling experience, and expertise in sales and sales management. The candidate should have solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, along with a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular client communication
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve assigned targets
• Support sales planning, reporting, and sales performance tracking
• Maintain and update client records, sales reports, and documentation
• Work closely with internal departments for smooth coordination and delivery
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Docs
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues on time
• Assist in business development activities and follow up with potential leads.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client relationship management experience
• Proven ability to manage and support sales activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good organizational and time-management skills
