Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated telesales executive to join our DRT (Donor Relationship Team) and Insurance Upselling department. The role involves connecting with potential and existing donors, explaining fundraising campaigns, and upselling relevant insurance products to generate revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact donors/potential customers via calls and explain fundraising causes.

Promote and upsell insurance products such as medical & health insurance.

Build rapport, maintain donor relationships, and encourage repeat contributions.

Achieve monthly sales and upselling targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.

Handle queries and provide appropriate product information.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication & persuasion skills (English & regional language preferred).

Telesales/Call center experience in fundraising, banking, or insurance sales.

Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling skills.
