Job Description

We are looking for

Operations Associates

who will support the operations team in managing end-to-end operational workflows, data tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Salary

: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
Design and deliver customized training modules based on students learning levels and academic requirements.
Develop and administer practice questions, tests, and mock assessments to evaluate student performance.
Analyze test results and provide individual feedback and targeted improvement strategies.
Incorporate real-time problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, and speed-enhancement methods to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams for scheduling, tracking progress, and aligning training outcomes.

Eligibility

1 year of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of operations and project handling
