What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate daily student transportation services, ensuring safety, punctuality, and smooth operations.
• Handle student and parent queries related to transport with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with transport vendors and drivers to optimize routes, schedules, and service quality.
• Track and maintain records of transport usage, vendor performance, and student feedback.
• Support broader logistics needs for campus operations, academic activities, and events.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
• Act as the first point of contact for transport-related escalations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (specialization in logistics/operations is a plus).
• 0–3 years of experience in transport/logistics management, ideally in education institutions, startups, or logistics firms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
