Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate at MiM-Essay in Delhi, India. The Operations Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks supporting various consulting services, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.


1. Co-ordinate with multiple teams for successful completion of a clients application.

2. Track and monitor applications, updating clients on their application status regularly.

3. Ensure clients are smoothly onboarded by guiding them through our onboarding process and addressing any questions or concerns.

4. Maintain accurate records of applications and client interactions in our database.

5. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for applications.

6. Collaborate with team members to improve application strategies and client onboarding processes.

7. Provide regular updates to clients regarding their applications and onboarding status.

8. Assist in other operational tasks as needed to support the team.

9. Play a key role in the recruitment, training, and management of part-time alumni

consultants, ensuring they understand and meet their client relationship obligations.

10. Oversee the monthly consultant payment process, including verification and resolution of any payment disputes.

11. Assist the Operations Team with various tasks, including data collection, conducting client interviews, and evaluating client profiles.
