Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team

  , assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Oversee

  day-to-day operational processes

  to ensure smooth execution
• Manage and streamline

  client onboarding

  and account setup
• Handle and resolve

  provider and client queries

  efficiently
• Track, manage, and follow up on

  client payments, invoices, and collections

• Support the

  BD team

  with sales documentation and operational coordination

• Prepare, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and MOUs

• Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and SLAs
• Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and operational dashboards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience

  in operations, client management, or similar roles
• Proven experience in

  team handling or team leadership

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in

  client onboarding, provider management, and payment tracking

• Knowledge of

  agreements, contracts, and documentation processes

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, HR tech, SaaS, or service-based organizations
• Ability to manage teams and operations independently
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
