We’re looking for a proactive Operations Associate to join our team and ensure seamless operations, effective student engagement, and impactful program outcomes. If you’re passionate about making a real difference in student journeys, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Track and report student placements in collaboration with the central and placement teams

Coordinate internal hiring processes, including interview scheduling and demo sessions

Support offline hiring processes and payout management

Manage student onboarding, screening, and quality checks

Handle escalations and work closely with the center operations team to ensure smooth functioning

Oversee daily BAU (Business As Usual) tasks, including addressing basic facility-related issues

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in operations, hiring coordination, or customer-facing roles

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English

Good aptitude and logical reasoning skills

Comfortable with high-volume student calling and engagement

Prior EdTech experience is a strong advantage

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
