We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team . The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and identifying discrepancies.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory and replenishment of stock as needed.

- Assist in optimizing inventory processes to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize orders and streamline order fulfillment processes.

- Monitor order status and address any issues or delays in shipment to ensure timely delivery to customers and respond to customer queries.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and shipping of products to customers, distributors, and retail partners.

- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.

- Address any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise and propose solutions to optimize shipping processes.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to inventory, orders, and logistics activities.

- Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding operations-related matters, providing timely and professional responses.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operations department and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operations processes and identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management software or systems.

- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
