Job Title: Creative Producer

Location: Kochi
Experience: 1–2 years preferred in content production or brand coordination

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Producer. This role is a blend of content execution, shoot planning, coordination, and campaign support across YouTube, Instagram, Email, and internal brand initiatives. You’ll work closely with influencers, our internal team, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube

• Shorts: Scripting, coordination, and publishing
• Long-Form Videos: Scripting, coordination, and publishing
• Thumbnails: Creative coordination and finalization

Instagram

• Handle influencer DMs (primarily barter collaborations)
• UGC influencer outreach & coordination

UGC (User-Generated Content)

• Scripting and direction for UGC content
• Shoot coordination (influencer-led & in-house)
• Editing coordination and feedback

Brand Shoots

• Plan and coordinate brand shoots
• Work closely with internal team (esp. Jishnu) for seamless execution

Content & Strategy Support

• Collaborate with performance marketing team on content strategy
• Support creative executive with planning, message framing, static creatives & motion graphics

Email Marketing

• Coordinate strategy, creatives, drafting, and scheduling of brand emailers

WhatsApp Broadcast

• Oversee creative assets such as static carousels and branded posts

Website

• Support with copy and content creation for landing pages

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate team bonding and internal culture events
• Assist in PR package planning and influencer coordination

Who You Are:

• Organized and self-driven with a strong creative eye
• Comfortable working with fast-paced teams and changing priorities
• A great communicator who can coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about content, branding, and storytelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
