We are looking for a Creative Content Producer who can take charge of our end-to-end content production process from conceptualization to final delivery and help shape Agora Circle’s visual and narrative identity across all platforms as we build this movement. Role Overview As the Creative Content Producer, you will own all stages of production for Agora Circle’s educational and inspirational content. You’ll conceptualize, plan, and execute shoots, direct talent, and collaborate with editors to bring stories to life across formats from long-form podcasts to short, viral digital snippets. You’ll blend creativity with strategy to deliver high-impact content that educates, engages, and inspires. Key Responsibilities Creative Vision & Storytelling Conceptualize and direct engaging content formats for Educational Channel, YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and Podcasts. Translate complex educational ideas into visually engaging and emotionally resonant narratives . Develop and produce creative series, expert dialogues, and inspirational conversations. Ensure all content aligns with Agora Circle’s tone of authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration. Cinematography & Production Plan and execute shoots for monologues, interviews, and multi-guest podcasts. Direct on-set shoots, ensuring high-quality lighting, framing, and composition. Capture cinematic visuals using techniques like time-lapse, slow-motion, close-ups, and macro shots. Podcast & Social Media Production Oversee production of Agora Circle’s podcast series and long-form educational episodes. Adapt long-form content into short-form clips optimized for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn. Stay ahead of social and digital trends to create viral, meaningful content. Post-Production & Delivery Supervise post-production workflows like editing, color grading, transitions, and final cut approvals. Ensure all output meets premium visual and storytelling standards. Deliver high-retention, platform-optimized content that evokes engagement and trust. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Film, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in content or video production, preferably digital-first. Proven ability to conceptualize, shoot, and produce short-form & long-form video content. Hands-on experience working with anchor-level talent, creators, and dynamic production setups. Strong understanding of digital storytelling, audience retention, and viral content trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and basic sound editing. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under tight timelines and fast-changing priorities. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages preferred. Preferred Attributes Passion for education, storytelling, and the creator economy. We are seeking an Audio & Lighting Engineer who can manage all aspects of sound recording, lighting setup, and live session support, ensuring that every production maintains good quality. Key Responsibilities Audio Setup & Management Handle setup and calibration of microphones, audio mixers, and interfaces for podcasts, interviews, and shoots. Monitor live audio levels to ensure clean, distortion-free recordings. Manage noise control, echo reduction, and acoustic treatment during sessions. Maintain and troubleshoot all audio equipment. Assist in post-production audio cleanup (EQ, compression, noise reduction). Lighting Setup & Operation Design and set up lighting for different formats like podcasts, interviews, and on-camera educational videos. Operate soft boxes, LED panels, and diffusion lighting to ensure even, natural illumination. Experiment with light temperature, contrast, and shadows to create cinematic or natural tones as required. Collaborate with videographers to ensure lighting enhances framing and mood. Production Collaboration Work closely with the video production and creative teams to achieve desired visual and audio quality. Assist during live streams and webinars for sound mixing and lighting balance. Maintain an inventory of all audio and lighting gear; ensure timely setup before shoots. Provide technical input during pre-production planning. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sound engineering, lighting design, or studio production (podcast, film, or video-based). Experience working with multi-mic podcast setups, DSLR/cinema camera lighting, and audio post-production workflows. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or Logic Pro. Familiarity with audio mixers, condenser mics, XLR systems, and audio interfaces. Understanding of lighting gear, diffusion principles, and color temperature balancing. Knowledge of OBS or similar live streaming software is a plus. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual and audio aesthetics. Problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot on set. Collaborative and organized and can coordinate with videographers, producers, and editors. Adaptable to changing setups, schedules, and environments. Bonus Points Experience working on podcast studios, YouTube sets, or educational media setups. Background in cinematography, photography or visual storytelling. Passion for merging technical precision with creative storytelling.
