Optimite is on a mission to become the world’s #1 email execution partner for ecommerce brands. We’ve scaled to 170+ brands through referrals and hustle, but now we’re building something bigger: a media engine that tells our story and delivers immense value to our community.
This isn’t just marketing. It’s episodic storytelling - two parallel shows:

Founder POV personal stories, discipline, decisions, struggles.

Optimite POV playbooks, lifecycle frameworks, case studies.
We want to build shows people follow - not campaigns they scroll past. We need a Creative Producer to make this real. Someone who can shape stories, visualize content, and lead the production process end-to-end.
Our founders, Nishant and Sushant Yadav, launched Optimite in 2019 and have since partnered with the largest Shopify brands and digital agencies across the US and Europe.
As Creative Producer, you’ll be the showrunner of Optimite’s content engine. You’ll work directly with the founders to transform messy ideas into compelling stories that scale across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and newsletters.
This role is about direction, not just execution. You’ll design the action plan, script the beats, brief the crew, and review the output so every piece lands with clarity and consistency.
Story Strategy

Define narrative arcs for both Founder POV and Optimite POV shows.

Script story beats: setup, struggle, lesson, reflection.

Extract insights from founder sessions and shape them into publishable content.
Production Planning

Create briefs, shot lists, and storyboards for shoots.

Direct cameramen and editors to capture the right tone, angles, and B-roll.

Ensure assets are native to each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, newsletters).
Content Calendar & Action Plan

Build a weekly/monthly publishing roadmap.

Maintain a consistent pipeline: 1 founder drop + 1 company drop weekly.

Keep both lanes clear: personal storytelling vs company playbooks.
Creative Direction & Quality Control

Review edits and provide feedback to maintain pacing, voice, and storytelling.

Uphold Optimite’s content principles: transparency > polish, value > vanity.

Build and enforce creative standards across the team.
System Building

Organize all footage into a reusable library (themes: discipline, scaling, lifecycle).

Build playbooks so future editors/designers can onboard quickly.

Ship the first “New Chapter” founder video + first Optimite lifecycle breakdown.

Build a backlog of 20+ publish-ready content pieces.

Establish a weekly publishing rhythm across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Shorts.

Create structured briefs so editors can execute with minimal friction.

Build a content library of 50+ reusable clips/B-roll.

4+ years of experience in creative production, content strategy, or storytelling (agency, media, or startup background).

Strong skills in scripting, storyboarding, and narrative design.

Ability to visualize and direct shoots/edits, even if not hands-on.

Deep understanding of platform-native storytelling (LinkedIn, IG, YouTube Shorts).

Organized and proactive - able to turn chaos into structured plans.

Experience working with founders, creators, or media-driven startups.

Familiarity with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).

Experience with content libraries and production workflows.

Comfort with cross-functional collaboration (design, marketing, ops).
This is not a standard “content team” role. You’ll be shaping how Optimite tells its global story and how thousands of people learn from our playbooks.
You won’t just make content; you’ll document a journey that people will come back to for years.
