About the Role We’re looking for a Process Manager/Founder's office who can bring structure, speed, and strategy to our growing operations. This role involves partnering closely with the Founder and leadership team to streamline workfl ows, drive cross-functional execution, and bring strategic clarity to daily priorities. You’ll be the anchor ensuring our plans don’t just stay on slides — but actually get delivered, on time and with quality. Key Responsibilities ● Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain ● Build, own, and improve trackers, dashboards, project timelines, and SOPs ● Lead weekly reviews, drive accountability, and ensure timely closure of action items ● Support the Founder in execution planning, operational oversight, and decision-making ● Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and implement scalable improvements ● Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations ● Build and manage a small team of junior coordinators, if required What You Bring ● Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business process management ● Experience working directly with Founders/CXOs or cross-functional stakeholders ● Generalist mindset with a knack for follow-through, planning, and execution ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ● Profi ciency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar ● Strong ownership mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced D2C/startup environment ● Detail-oriented with a structured and solution-focused approach Nice-to-Haves ● Experience in D2C, FMCG, or fast-scaling startup environments ● Exposure to business ops, supply chain management, or strategic planning ● Ability to drive OKRs, metrics, or reporting for leadership review Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Inventory Management role who will play a pivotal role in managing inventory levels and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing stock levels, and collaborating with key partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels across key categories to ensure optimal product availability. Work closely with the demand planning and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan replenishments. Analyze sales trends, stock turnover, and order flow to identify opportunities for improvement. Oversee PO release cycles and ensure timely inwarding of products. Lead weekly stock and sales reviews to drive actions for inventory optimization. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and brand partners. Support partners in maximizing their product performance through strategic planning, catalog management, and promotional support. Co-own the P&L for key accounts, identifying levers to drive revenue and margin growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new brands and expand the assortment. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate regular sales, inventory, and performance reports to support decision-making. Use analytical tools to evaluate pricing, profitability, and assortment gaps. Recommend actions based on insights to improve KPIs such as fill rates, stock-outs, and sell-through rates. Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure product launches and campaigns are inventory-aligned. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, vendor management, category or operations roles—ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data interpretation. Proven experience managing multiple vendor relationships and onboarding partners. Exposure to platforms like Amazon or other e-commerce channels is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
