Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production and timely order completion.
Monitor production flow, coordinate with departments, and ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports covering production, finance, and operations.
Support management in decision-making through data analysis and operational insights.
Manage cash flow and fund flow and assist in financial monitoring and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and overall operational planning.

Job specification

Education: BBA/MBA/CMA

Experience: Minimum 02 year of experience in finance/ operations

Skills Required:

✓ Strong analytical and financial understanding

✓ Operations and production monitoring

✓ MIS reporting & data analysis

✓ Cash flow & fund flow management

✓ Coordination and communication skills

✓ Problem solving and decision-support abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
