Job Description

Role: Operations & Business Development Intern

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Type: Paid Internship (Full-Time, On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: ₹7,500– ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)

Role Overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to the operations and business development processes of a creator-focused brand studio. The selected intern will work closely with the operations and marketing teams, learning how to manage day-to-day workflows, coordinate with creators, and explore client acquisition strategies.


It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world startup experience and develop skills across business, operations, and client communication.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Management

  • Manage orders, inventory, and logistics using Shopify and courier dashboards.
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators for product launches and stock planning.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and sales reports, suggesting process improvements.
  • Monitor order dispatch and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and share monthly performance and sales summaries.


Business Development

  • Research and identify potential clients or collaboration opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain leads using industry databases and outreach tools.
  • Conduct cold emails, follow-ups, and assist in scheduling meetings with prospects.
  • Support the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and business decks.
  • Maintain CRM/lead tracker and update progress regularly.


Requirements

  • Graduate (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, or Commerce preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a multitasking mindset.
