Role Overview:

Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review each lead in the CRM daily to ensure timely follow-up and updates.
• Monitor comments/remarks for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all leads are being touched and followed up on schedule.
• Escalate unattended or delayed leads to the respective sales team members.
• Maintain strict process hygiene across lead management.
• Support implementation of new processes and tools.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports highlighting lead status, response time  and follow-up compliance.
• Identify recurring gaps or bottlenecks in the sales process.
• Share actionable insights to drive operational improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field (preferred).
• 0-1 years of experience in operations, sales support or CRM management.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Ability to analyze data and prepare structured reports.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with sales teams.
• Excel, Google Sheets expertise is preferred.
• Proactive, disciplined and able to work independently.
