About the Role

Operations & Analytics Team

Operations Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Support
Sales and Operations
teams with daily coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain and update
CRM databases
and generate performance dashboards.
Prepare and analyze
MIS reports
using Excel/Google Sheets.
Assist in
data-driven decision-making
and business performance improvement.
Participate in new projects such as
automation initiatives
and internal audits.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and discipline in all backend processes.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / MBA preferred).
Strong command of
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn
CRM / ERP / Data Analytics tools
.
Knowledge of AI tools or automation for productivity is a plus.
