Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations across multiple sites. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all facility services (housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, etc.). Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms. 2. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the single point of contact for clients regarding facility operations. Handle client feedback, grievances, and service improvement initiatives. Prepare and present monthly performance reports and operational reviews to clients. 3. Team & Vendor Management Lead and motivate facility executives, supervisors, and ground staff. Ensure optimal deployment of manpower and resources. Manage vendor contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure timely renewal and compliance. 4. Maintenance & Technical Operations Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems. Coordinate with technical teams for smooth functioning of equipment and infrastructure. Monitor energy consumption and drive cost-saving initiatives. 5. Financial & Administrative Control Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs. Verify vendor bills, material consumption, and monthly MIS reports. Ensure timely procurement of consumables and maintenance materials. 6. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety drills and training programs for staff. Maintain documentation related to audits, licenses, and facility certifications. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / Facility Management / Hotel Management or related field. 8–12 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in managing large commercial, corporate, or industrial facilities preferred.
