Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Head to lead and oversee all aspects of hostel operations across multiple properties. The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on management to ensure smooth functioning, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for all hostels, ensuring high service standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs for housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security, and resident services.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper training and development.
• Coordinate with HR, purchase, and project teams for smooth operational workflows.
• Handle budgeting, cost optimization, and resource allocation for all hostels.
• Monitor resident feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and scalability across properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or multi-location facilities.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and operational compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing startup environment.
