Operations Executive Are you organized, detail-oriented, and good with people? Do you enjoy managing processes and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our growing team at a leading educational publishing company and help us delivery stunning educational books for students and teachers (K–12 & test prep). 💼 Your Key Responsibilities As an Operations Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our order-to-delivery process. Your day-to-day will involve: Managing order processing – online & offline Generating and verifying invoices and sales documentation Cross-checking payments and following up on discrepancies Coordinating with the sales team, warehouse staff, and delivery partners Ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery of printed materials to schools and teachers Communicating clearly with teachers and school coordinators regarding orders, timelines, and customizations Maintaining and updating order records, reports, and documentation Flagging operational bottlenecks and working on process improvements Handling basic inventory coordination and logistics tracking 🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed Has strong people skills and can communicate confidently in both English and Hindi Is good at coordination and follow-ups Is detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without losing focus Has solid computer skills (Excel, Word, email, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc.) Is comfortable using order tracking tools or CRMs (we’ll train you!)
