Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain regular communication with teachers, schools, and coaching institutes over phone. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals related to teaching, learning, and institutional growth. Present our books, products, and customised solutions that best match their requirements. Follow up on conversations, share product samples, and assist in closing orders. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM/Excel. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts. Provide feedback from the field to improve our products and services. Required Skills & Qualities: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Strong listening ability to understand educator needs. Confidence and empathy in building relationships over phone. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools). Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Preferred Background: Experience in inside sales, or customer service (education sector experience preferred, but not mandatory). Understanding of the school/coaching ecosystem is an advantage.
