Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Responsible for leads generation and completion of target.
  • Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region
  • Work closely internally with Bank teams for new customers addition.
  • To understand client business models, trade related activities etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships
  • Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should hold knowledge of MSME/Agri Loan
  • Solid understanding of the potential of the local market
  • Manage tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
