Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across production, warehouse, logistics, and support teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of dispatches and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in planning and monitoring of operational schedules, workforce management, and resource allocation.
  • Track and maintain inventory records in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Support quality control and compliance checks to maintain operational standards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and highlight areas of improvement.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and work with management to implement solutions.
  • Serve as a communication link between floor teams, management, and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

    Operations, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

    .
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes (dispatch, inventory, resource management).
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, ERP tools, and reporting systems

    .
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
