Primary Responsibilities

The Senior OIM Developer will be responsible for leading analysis, development, and support around the IDM platform, with potential involvement in other systems.

  • Provide L3 support for day-to-day production issues and maintenance.
  • Deliver small change work items through the complete IT lifecycle:
  • Requirements capture & documentation
  • Development as per standards
  • Testing (including regression)
  • Packaging & deployment
  • Mentor L2 support resources and hand over changes.
  • Analyze business data and process requirements for IDM platform, including dependencies.
  • Undertake IDM platform design & development activities.
  • Advise on implementation approaches for IDM projects.
  • Conduct IDM platform systems testing and support UAT.
  • Prepare release plans and promote changes across environments (UAT, PROD).
  • Work in shifts, with potential early starts, on-call support, and occasional weekends.


Person Specification

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in IDM business, systems analysis, and implementation.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and senior management expectations.
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and re-prioritize effectively.
  • Exposure to third-party/vendor interfaces and defining new IDM platform interfaces/reports.
  • Strong coordination and support for UAT testing.
  • Investigative and diagnostic skills within IDM environments.

Desirable Experience

  • L3 support coordination in complex IDM environments.
  • Experience in middleware solutions and joint issue resolution.
  • Exposure to investment banking environments.


Technical Skills

Essential:

  • In-depth IDM knowledge (normal & exception processing).
  • Strong application testing coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and service-desk tools.
  • Proven defect analysis and documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems and Active Directory architecture.
  • Database knowledge: MS-SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, VB.Net.

Desirable:

  • Ikasan integration platform for exception handling.
  • Software configuration management.
  • WebServices, LDAP.
  • Microsoft application development.
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of C#, HTML, C++, Powershell, Angular.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering.
