Job Description

Employer of Record (EOR) and full-service recruitment company

Role: Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance, and induction
Manage employee queries and act as the first point of contact during onboarding
Support expat employees with visa, relocation, and settling-in processes
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and client teams to ensure a seamless transition
Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure adherence to company standards

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in onboarding/HR operations
Experience onboarding expats preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Based in Gurgaon, Delhi, or Noida (on-site role)
Immediate joiners preferred
