Role: Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance, and induction
  • Manage employee queries and act as the first point of contact during onboarding
  • Support expat employees with visa, relocation, and settling-in processes
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and client teams to ensure a seamless transition
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure adherence to company standards


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in onboarding/HR operations
  • Experience onboarding expats preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in Gurgaon, Delhi, or Noida (on-site role)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
