Location: India Employment Type: 1 year contract Please note that Shale and HPHT/UHT experience is necessary. The Drilling Supervisor reports to the Drilling Superintendent and is responsible for guaranteeing the accomplishment of the drilling, completion and testing operations at the rigsite, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all the while optimizing costs and efficiencies. He is the senior company representative at the rigsite and ensures the suitability of operational requirements of contractor personnel, equipment and services. He strives for continual improvements in safety and operational performance. Responsibilities: • Ensure company operations are performed in a safe manner and compliant with environmental requirements • Ensure the respect of safety rules, the environment and company policies • Review and comment on operational programs, and propose optimization of procedures • Supervise the implementation of company programs to ensure well objectives are met. • Control the activity of company Contractors at the rigsite • Propose optimization of rig and service company equipment • Anticipate potential problems and propose/plan alternative strategies and contingencies • Compose operating procedures according to company needs for use at the rigsite • Ensure the reliability of technical information reported • Ensure control of daily and activity reporting of well operations • Check and approve service company job tickets and costs • Propose optimization of the activities of Service providers and assist in the assessment of their performance • Anticipate needs and report to company representatives in Gurgaon and Barmer • Organize and coordinate supply of equipment according to company needs / programs • Participate in the training of junior staff • Manage Contractor personnel rotations according to company needs / programs • Organize and coordinate Mob/Demob of personnel and equipment to the rig • Follow up installation and hook up of equipment on the rig. Ensure all equipment meets quality standards and have been inspected/ tested • Ensure certification of all offshore equipment and personnel remains current and valid • Coordinate daily and necessary meetings between company, Service Companies and the Rig Contractor Required Qualifications / Experience • Diploma: Petroleum Industry Graduate and/or Engineering degree, is an advantage • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Drilling and Completion services • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Senior Drilling Supervisor. • Demonstrated leadership in HT-HP well programs, managing full-cycle projects from early-stage exploration through commercial development • Experienced in simultaneous drilling and production and construction works • Experience in high step-out, horizontal and 3D wells and exploration wells • Good knowledge of Onshore drilling operations. • Fluent in English • Training / HSE qualification certificates: IWCF / BOSIET / Fire Fighting / First Aid / Oil Spill. • Training in Management of Major Emergencies, Respect of Environment operations, as an advantage. • Medical fitness certificate: Must be presented before the start of services

Job Title: Field Fluids Supervisor/ Drilling & completion fluid supervisor (Onshore) Department: Drilling Reports to: Drilling Supervisor The Fluids Advisor is the Company Representative on the rig site/ Field and is responsible for the safe and cost-efficient execution of all Drilling and Completion fluids related activities in accordance with the program and company polices. He will be reporting to the Drilling Supervisor for the project and co-ordinates the field / rig requirements with office-based team. Experience/Qualifications Needed: • University Degree in Engineering or Masters’ in Sciences. • 10 years in the field of Drilling and Completion fluids including minimum 3+ years as relevant operational management experience. • Candidate must have experience of mud formulation in HT environment ~200deg C and have sufficient experience in ensuring the mud stability and rheology at higher temperatures. • Candidate must have experience of handling cement recipes at higher temperatures of ~200degC. •Candidate must have experience in handling heavier SOBM at >16 ppg and must have worked in HPHT environment. •Candidates with MPD experience are preferred. •Candidate must have experience of utilising mud chillers and mud coolers. •Excellent understanding of Drilling and completions fluids operational management and Supervision. •Good understanding of Process Safety Management. •Must have excellent command of the English Language (written and oral) combined with excellent communication skills. •Familiar with software related to drilling fluids engineering and computer reporting. Responsibilities: •Ensures that the Company Drilling/Work over fluids related operations are conducted and aligned with Company HSE Management system, Well Engineering. Raise any concerns with DSVs/ FDS/ Mud Advisor Waste Management •Monitor and report environmental issues e.g. waste pit conditions, spills, handling of dry cuttings etc. •Ensure handling of waste fluids/ cuttings is as per contract. •Arrange transfer of WBM /SBM cuttings and fluids to Company recyclers and Company designated pits Technical •Provide support to Mud Advisor / Drilling team in base office for smooth execution of fluids related operations in the field. •Ensure fluids stability in HPHT environment. •Ensure proper heat and cooling management of mud systems is done in line with the HPHT execution plan. •Sound knowledge of trouble shooting in HPHT environment, in relation to drilling and completion fluids operations and fluids and cuttings disposal. •Ensures that the Company Drilling / Workover operations are conducted following Company “Well Construction and Operations Minimum Standards Policy”. •Act as Company’s Fluids Representative to overall supervise fluids related activities at rig sites, mud plants and warehouses etc. •Manage ETP and waste management. •Manage mud-coolers and mud chillers operations. •Witness pilot test for fluids formulation and provide necessary technical inputs during the same. •Supervise fluids and associated service contracts in line with company contracting and procurement procedures and guidelines. •Assume single point responsibility for the supervision and coordination of the activities carried out under the various Drilling fluids and associated service contracts. •Ensure adequate equipment, inventory of chemicals and base oils also fluids (WBM/SBM) are available well in advance to execute the program in the field which also meets the quality, HSE and regulatory requirements. •Reduce Non-Productive Time (NPT) related to drilling fluids by identifying problems and recommend remedial action in consultation with Mud Advisor to achieve optimum operating cost, HSE standards and performance. •Provide continuous advice and technical support to respective DSVs / FDS on fluids properties, hole stability and cost impact, if any to ensure safe, smooth and cost effective operations. Overall support to multi-disciplinary E & P team in the field. Reporting •Prepare reports; maintain records etc. as directed by Mud advisor. •Generating lesson learned data base per well/operational phase wise and report to Mud Advisor. Review and verify Mud recaps submitted by service companies. Job Title: Operations Geologist – Shale project Location: Gurgaon, based in Company’s office; travel to Barmer site as and when required Job Summary: The Operations Geologist is responsible for all elements of operations geology planning and execution of shale exploration and appraisal drilling operations. Working closely with the geoscience, pore pressure and geomechanics, reservoir engineering, petrophysics, drilling and frac engineering team members to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate drilling of both vertical and horizontal wells in a high-pressure high temperature undrilled environment adjacent to existing oil and gas fields. The role will ensure appropriate equipment is ordered and available to facilitate cost-effective and accurate formation evaluation and safe, efficient drilling. This will include pore pressure and temperature prediction, to enable efficient drilling as well as effective evaluation of shale parameters to inform future drilling and resource evaluation. Key Responsibilities: •Sole Operations Geology expert for drilling, logging and completion operation for HPHT and vertical and horizontal wells •Ensure appropriate equipment is ordered and available at site when needed to achieve objectives of program within or below cost. •Coordinate with wellsite geologists, mud loggers, wireline/LWD engineers and directional drillers for formation tops, pressure predictions, loss potentials, and kick detection •Prepare geological montage and geological inputs for well planning •Provide real-time decisions and geological interpretation using LWD/MWD data in high-angle and extended reach drilling (ERD) wells. •Manage geological data acquisition: cuttings, core, logs, formation pressure, and fluid sampling. Prepare LQC and monitor logging jobs •Ensure compliance with HPHT and high-angle wells drilling guidelines, formation integrity and diagnostic testing (e.g., FIT, XLOT, and DFIT), and wellbore stability protocols. •Employ knowledge of unconventional shale geology, including TIV, weak bedding, natural fracture, and hydraulic fracturing application (e.g., brittleness). •Maintain constant communication with drilling and subsurface teams during critical drilling intervals. •Deliver geological end-of-well reports, composite logs, and contribute to lookbacks and lessons learned. •Apply pore pressure prediction models and update pressure profiles in real time if needed. •Ensure QA/QC of all geological data during the well lifecycle. •Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to HSE requirements. Qualifications & Experience: •Must have a minimum of 8–12 years of relevant geological operations experience, with significant exposure to HPHT and deviated & horizontal onshore wells (minimum >50 wells including 10+ HPHT wells). •Proven track record in geosteering and horizontal well placement in complex geological settings (Minimum 10+ wells experience with HZ wells) •IWCF or equivalent well control certification preferred. Preferred Attributes: •Familiarity with RTOC environments and remote support systems. •Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and interfacing with drilling supervisors and asset teams. •Strong knowledge of LWD, MWD, wireline, and real-time data integration •Sound understanding of pore pressure prediction, wellbore stability, and operational geomechanics. •Ability to work under high operational pressure and interface with multi-disciplinary teams effectively. •Proficient in pore pressure softwares (Predict or JewelSuite)
