Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Sourcing : Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and HRBPs. Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and hiring criteria. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interviewers. Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS/Excel trackers regularly. Partner with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines. Onboarding : Share offer letters and coordinate with candidates for timely acceptance. Collect, verify, and upload pre-joining documents in the internal system. Ensure new hires are onboarded in the HRMS within defined TAT. Track onboarding metrics like joining ratio, document compliance, etc. Preferred Attributes : High ownership and accountability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with stakeholder-first mindset
