                                As an HR Analyst at Finastra, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across global locations. Your responsibilities will include:  - Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring clear communication and timely responses - Addressing candidate queries with empathy and providing necessary information regarding the onboarding process - Ensuring consistency in onboarding procedures and processes across all Finastra locations - Generating and issuing contracts and other hire documentation using approved templates - Analyzing HR data to identify trends, create reports, and offer actionable insights - Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes - Providing informal guidance to new team members and facilitating knowledge sharing - Converting complex data into understandable business information and anticipating obstacles to information flow  Qualifications required for this role include:  - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a shared services environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to address queries clearly and empathetically - Hands-on experience with HR ERP systems such as Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines - High attention to detail, focusing on employee experience and problem-solving - Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Adaptability to changing priorities and processes, resilience under pressure - Collaborative team player actively seeking feedback and self-development opportunities  Additionally, Finastra offers a range of benefits to its employees worldwide, focusing on flexibility, well-being, medical and lifestyle benefits, ESG initiatives, DEI groups, career development, and recognition programs.
