The Onboarding Analyst provides onboarding support to recruiters, hiring managers, and new employees. This role is

responsible for obtaining and validating candidate HR records, initiating onboarding processes, validating candidates are set up

for online orientation and education and other onboarding tasks as required.

Exp 3 to8 yrs

Location :Hyderabad

Night shift / two way cab facility will be there

Education B. Com / BBA / BMS / BBM / BBS or similar three-year graduate course

Roles and responsibility

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Facilitates seamless and timely new hire onboarding processes for candidates including verifying candidate information,

updating candidate records, initiating onboarding processes with other departments such as credentialing, validating the

correct education courses and online orientation are assigned to the employee

* Manages electronic new hire onboarding system

* Ensures all required onboarding documents are complete and accurate

* Acts as the key contact for all onboarding issues and monitors progress against open issues, works with clinicians when

needed to coordinate onboarding efforts

* Communicates with other departments including recruiting and credentialing to ensure a smooth hiring process for

candidates

* Responds to candidates, recruiters and US onboarding teams in a timely manner

* Coordinates and tracks pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screens

* Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned

* Raises any risks or challenges to the Sr. Analyst

Skills and Capabilities Details

Technical Skills • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, general office products

Other Skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data

* Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in an environment

with large volumes of data and paperwork and changing priorities

* Significant attention to detail required

* Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with deadlines

* Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers

* Strong people skills, interpersonal savvy and problem solving skills

* Willingness to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

* Ability to work well within a team environment and independently

* Ability to learn new software programs
