Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding procedures, including documentation, background verification, and compliance.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, Payroll, and Business Units to ensure smooth onboarding.
Guide new joiners, address their concerns, and maintain strong written and verbal communication.
Conduct onboarding sessions, orientations, and training programs.
Handle escalations related to documentation, background verification, system access, and other onboarding challenges.
Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate onboarding records, MIS, and audit documentation.
Manage onboarding-related projects such as process enhancements, system upgrades, automation, and ad-hoc assignments.
Guide new joiners across designation levels and ensure consistency within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of onboarding procedures, compliance, and background verification.
Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros to track onboarding progress and analyze trends.
Ability to identify gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to improve the onboarding experience.
Ability to conduct engaging onboarding sessions and training.
Ability to mentor and support new joiners while driving team performance.
