Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an OJT - Human Resources professional at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in human resources or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining records and databases.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with employees and management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
