Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an OJT - Housekeeping trainee. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Ability to follow instructions and directions from senior staff members and supervisors.
