Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, manage coordination between teams, support HR and finance processes, and maintain a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
  • Manage office budgets, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital and physical).

HR Coordination

  • Assist HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support recruitment logistics (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Operations & Communication

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Support management with reports, meeting schedules, and event coordination.

Facility & Resource Management

  • Manage IT and office assets (systems, furniture, inventory).
  • Coordinate maintenance, utilities, and vendor contracts.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of HR and accounting processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or diploma in Office Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,586.64 - ₹41,304.62 per month
