Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager with 2 years of experience to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our office. The role involves managing payroll, finance coordination, employee grievance handling, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Finance Management:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for reimbursements, vendor payments, and budgeting.
  • Handle petty cash management and maintain expense records.
  • Support in preparation of financial reports and audits.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure timely resolution of HR and administrative concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and fairness in handling employee issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Manage company assets, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR and administrative policies.
  • Assist management in planning and implementing company-wide initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in office management, HR operations, or finance coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
