Title We are looking for an experienced Facilities and Office Services supervisor to support the Regional Facilities Manager in leading our India Facilities. Monitor office stocks, equipment, assets, vehicles, and motorbikes in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with the Finance Function to code and conduct inventory counts twice a year or as required. Manage the assets register in collaboration with the IT Manager and project teams, including labelling all assets. Education/Experience: BE/BTech. A bachelors degree in business administration, office management, communications, or a related field is typically required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or BMS support roles is preferred. BMS Operation Experience, Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations.
