Job Description

Position Name- Non IT- Talent Acquisition Executive (Consultancy) Location- Kolkata & Ludhiana Salary- 25 K Gross / 3 L Yearly 5 Days Work from Office (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off) Staffing, BFSI, and Banking industries do not fall under our hiring criteria . Responsibility - 1 Year to 3 Years for Non IT Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment. Should have exp working on ATS. Must have End to End recruitment experience. Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & LinkedIn). Understanding of all requirements as per the job description. Candidate must be an Individual contributor. Good understanding of all of Non IT skills (any type of Sales hiring, Manager hiring, White collar hiring). Effective Communication and Negotiation skills. Required skills Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Employee should be self-motivated and independent. Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all Non-IT skills Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn. Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in Sales/Management/white collar hiring. Should have strong experience and proven track record in end to end IT Recruitments.
