About the Role

Non-Customer Service Healthcare Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate a team of healthcare associates handling back-office operations (claims, billing, eligibility verification, provider data management, etc.).
Process Management:
Monitor daily workflow to ensure adherence to SLAs, TAT (Turnaround Time), and quality metrics.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.).
Performance Monitoring:
Track team and individual KPIs; provide performance feedback, coaching, and skill development sessions.
Operational Reporting:
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance and productivity reports to management.
Process Improvement:
Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies, client SOPs, and healthcare compliance standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with quality, training, and client management teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Training & Development:
Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing team members.
