Job Description

Well provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding.

Your scope of duties will be focused on:

Providing front-line support to our c ustomer s across chat/messaging, email, WhatsApp and social media (in English )

Answering queries on all of our products , platforms and processes , and helping customers go further with their IG accounts

Resolving trade issues and disputes

Providing customers with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages

Helping customers educate themselves further on the markets and our products

You ll also need:

Fluency in primary support language: English (written and spoken)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A logical and analytical approach to problem solving

Confidence and accuracy to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure

Literacy in MS Office.
