Your scope of duties will be focused on: Providing front-line support to our cs across and social media (in English Answering queries all of our products and processes, and helping customers go further with their IG accounts Resolving trade and disputes with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages customers educate themselves further on the markets and our products In doing so, gain a strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, macro-economic and various financial instruments (stocks and derivatives). from exposure to a vibrant, commercially driven environment, with development opportunities encompassing everything from client reactivation and retention, premium client service, Trading Services specialisms, as well as dealing and managerial roles. need for this role need formal financial education or experience to apply, although a background in finance, economics, or related fields is .
