What You’ll Do As an Associate Corporate Action Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be: Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems. Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice. Collation of Client instructions. Preparation of Client Bookings. Posting of dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems. Handling client queries and queries from IG helpdesk accurately and timely manner. Resolving reconciliation Issue arising out of corporate actions. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 college, or 1-2 years of experience in corporate actions. Strong understanding of corporate action events (dividends, mergers, stock splits, rights issues). Working knowledge of equity and derivative products. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Understanding of risks in corporate actions processing, including client money handling. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support across different tasks. Flexible approach to work hours and duties during peak periods.
