Your role in the Team
Join our welcoming and collaborative Corporate Actions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for doing all administrative tasks related to Stock Transfers. The candidate will be required to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Corporate Action events, Dividends and Stock Transfer cases assigned to them.
What you ll do
As an Associate Corporate Action Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be:
- Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems.
- Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice.
- Collation of Client instructions
- Preparation of Client Bookings
- Posting of Client Dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems
- Synthetic Dividend reconciliation
- Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk
- Processing of Stock Transfers
- Update of IG internal systems accurately
- Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events.
What you ll need for this role
We are looking for self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times. We are looking for below skills:
- Basic understanding of various Corporate Action events
-Good knowledge on Equity & Derivative product.
- Graduates from tier 1 colleges or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in the corporate action domain are invited to apply.
- Good Microsoft excel knowledge
- Familiarity with the risks associated with corporate action events including client money
- Ensuring excellent service delivery & client satisfaction
- Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help
- Excellent organizational skills
