Job Description

About the Department:

Our Investment & Trade Operations team manages derivatives operations and collateral processes to support global trading activities. We work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate margin management and risk mitigation. Joining us means gaining exposure to complex financial instruments, collaborating with experts, and contributing to operational excellence.

How You Will Add Value?

You will ensure margin requirements are met within deadlines.
You will collaborate with Front and Middle Office teams on collateral selection and optimization.
You will assess risk for collateral types and manage counterparty exposure.
You will resolve issues by liaising with internal teams and external counterparties.
You will maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and clearing members.
You will use MS Office tools and create Excel macros (VBA) to improve efficiency.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience: Knowledge of investment industry and financial instruments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and VBA macros.
Knowledge: Understanding of initial and variation margin calculations.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work under deadlines.
