About the Department:
Our Global Corporate Actions team ensures accurate processing of mandatory corporate actions across all securities. We work closely with internal stakeholders and external market sources to maintain data integrity and prevent financial or NAV impacts. Joining this team means gaining expertise in complex corporate action events, collaborating with global partners, and contributing to operational excellence.
How You Will Add Value? -
You will research and validate corporate action details from multiple market sources daily.

You will update internal systems and ensure timely, accurate distribution of event information.

You will analyze pricing, quantity, and cost implications for impacted securities.

You will manage inquiries, deadlines, and share updates with internal teams.

You will build strong relationships with custodians, issuers, and market vendors.

You will monitor mandatory corporate actions and resolve discrepancies promptly.

You will support technology projects by defining requirements and performing user acceptance testing.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience: Strong background in corporate actions and investment operations.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with corporate action platforms and financial systems.
