About the Department:

Our Investment & Trade Operations team manages derivatives and collateral processes to support global trading activities. We work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate margin management, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Joining us means contributing to high-impact projects, collaborating with experts, and gaining deep exposure to complex financial instruments.

How You Will Add Value

You will ensure margin requirements are met within deadlines.
You will supervise reconciliation of positions and collateral for derivatives.
You will assess risk for collateral types and manage counterparty exposure.
You will resolve issues by liaising with internal teams and external counterparties.
You will lead derivatives and collateral-related projects and propose process improvements.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience: Strong knowledge of investment industry and financial instruments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; ability to create Excel macros (VBA).
Soft Skills: Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex tasks.
Adaptability: Comfortable leading projects and handling evolving challenges.
