Job Description

Roles & Responsibility :

    • Ability to explain the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) scheme in detail including benefits and withdrawal options.
    • Ability to answer questions about PF compliance and explain complex PF concepts in a clear and concise manner and answer any questions.
    • Ability to provide advice on PF related financial planning
    • Ability to communicate with both GS India Benefits Team and GS India employees; being able to explain EPFO scheme elements to both groups, answer their questions and provide advice on PF related matters.
    • Should be able to identify and solve PF-related problems quickly and efficiently. This may involve dealing with complex PF claims, resolving PF disputes or providing necessary advice as required. • Ensuring that PF accounts are managed accurately.
    • Should be comfortable conducting one-on-one meetings in person/ on Zoom with stakeholders depending on requirement.
    • Group presentations: Should be able to effectively deliver group presentations regarding EPFO scheme/ Form 11 related submission to employees on periodic basis.
    • Written communication: Will need to communicate with stakeholders in writing, through periodic reports, emails and other documents
