Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in senior software development roles.
- Strong expertise across the full software development lifecycle, including production support.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of React.js (hooks, component-based architecture).
- Proficiency in Redux/Redux-Saga for state management.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript & JavaScript (frontend & backend).
- Working knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases (DocumentDB or similar).
- Cloud experience with AWS (EKS, VM environments).
- Experience with test automation (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, with GitLab for source control and pipeline automation.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support team members.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience in retail technology product development.
