Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in senior software development roles.
• Strong expertise across the full software development lifecycle, including production support.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of React.js (hooks, component-based architecture).
• Proficiency in Redux/Redux-Saga for state management.
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript & JavaScript (frontend & backend).
• Working knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases (DocumentDB or similar).
• Cloud experience with AWS (EKS, VM environments).
• Experience with test automation (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, with GitLab for source control and pipeline automation.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support team members.
